This site publishes botanical incense knowledge and manufacturer information. Commercial transactions are arranged by email agreement — there is no online ordering, payment, or account system here. These terms govern your access to and use of the site and its datasets.

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Zhangjiakou Landeng Technology Co., Ltd. (USCC 91130702MAKM4QXH5Q), operating as IncenseHub (澜灯). By accessing incensehub.org or data.incensehub.org you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to every visitor, however you reach the site — by search, a shared link, or otherwise. The site is offered as-is for informational and educational use; access is granted at our discretion, and we may withdraw or modify it without notice.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted here.

The structured datasets on data.incensehub.org are published under CC BY-SA 4.0. That licence lets you copy and redistribute the datasets in any medium and adapt them, provided you give appropriate credit, provide a link to the licence, indicate whether changes were made, and share any derivative work under the same licence. The licence note accompanying each dataset governs reuse and takes precedence over this summary. 12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If the dispute cannot be resolved that way, it will be submitted to the competent court in Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province, China. We do not designate any arbitration body. These provisions apply even though the site is written in English for an international audience.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the original intent.
