Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-23 · Applies to incensehub.org and data.incensehub.org
This is a static knowledge platform. We do not run analytics, advertising, or behavioural tracking on these pages, and we collect personal information only when you choose to contact us. This policy says exactly what we collect, what we do not, and who else may process data in the course of serving the site.
1. Who we are
IncenseHub (澜灯) is a brand operated by Zhangjiakou Landeng Technology Co., Ltd. (USCC 91130702MAKM4QXH5Q), Room 202, Unit 4, Building 14, Linli Jiayuan, No. 1 Gongye East Street, Qiaodong District, Zhangjiakou, Hebei, China. For the purposes of data-protection law, we are the controller of the limited personal information described in this policy. Our contact for privacy matters is [email protected].
2. What we collect — item by item
We collect personal information in three ways only, each of which you initiate. If a channel is not listed here, we do not use it.
- Email inquiries. The site directs inquiries to
[email protected]. When you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, company, country, product interest, quantity, and message. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of business correspondence. - WhatsApp, phone, and WeChat inquiries. The site links to WhatsApp
(
wa.me/8613323237275) and lists the number +86 13323237275, which also serves phone and WeChat. If you message or call, we receive your phone number and the content you send, and we use it only to respond to your inquiry. WhatsApp is operated by a third party, Meta; when you use that channel, Meta's own privacy terms apply to your use of their service, in addition to this policy. - Server and access logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — needed to serve pages, maintain security, and prevent abuse. We host on Cloudflare's network, so Cloudflare processes these logs on our behalf. These logs are not used to build profiles of visitors and are not combined with your inquiry data.
3. What we do not collect
- No accounts, no logins. This site has no user accounts and no registration.
- No cookies, no trackers, no analytics. These are static pages. We set no cookies and load no third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics scripts.
- No online forms or payment. The inquiry form is not yet live, and there is no online ordering or payment processing on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
- No marketing lists. We do not run newsletters or send marketing email.
4. Cookies
We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, advertising, or any other purpose. Because there are no cookies to manage, there is no cookie banner and no cookie settings. The only third-party resources your browser requests are the site's webfonts (see section 5), and those requests do not involve our setting any cookie on your device. A dedicated cookie policy explains this in full.
Because we run no tracking and set no cookies, browser "Do Not Track" signals have no effect — there is nothing to turn off. You can read the site in full without providing any personal information or accepting any cookie.
5. Third parties that process data on our behalf
A small number of third parties are involved in serving the site or receiving your inquiries. They process data as described below; none of them sells your data, and we do not sell it either.
- Cloudflare (hosting and CDN). The site is served through Cloudflare's network, which processes the technical access logs in section 2. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to its handling of that technical data.
- Google Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google's font servers
(
fonts.googleapis.com/fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser fetches these fonts, Google may receive your IP address and basic browser metadata, as described in Google's privacy policy. - Google (email). Our published contact address is hosted by Google. Email you send to us is handled by Google's mail service, so Google processes it as an email provider.
- Meta (WhatsApp). If you contact us through WhatsApp, Meta processes your messages and phone number under Meta's terms and privacy policy.
We do not otherwise share, rent, or sell your personal information, and we do not pass your inquiry details to brokers or advertisers.
6. How we use information, and the legal basis
Inquiry information is used only to answer you and, if you proceed, to prepare quotes, samples, or order documentation. We do not use it for marketing without your request.
- Where the GDPR applies, we process your inquiry on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a message you sent us) and, where you proceed to a business discussion, steps toward a contract you requested.
- Using WhatsApp is your choice; by messaging us there you consent to the handling of your message through that third-party channel, and you can withdraw that consent by not using that channel or by asking us to delete the correspondence.
7. Retention
We keep business correspondence only as long as needed to answer you and to meet record-keeping, warranty, or commercial obligations — and no longer. Technical access logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short period for security and operational purposes, and are not used to identify individual visitors. If you ask us to delete your correspondence, we will do so unless a legal or contractual obligation requires us to keep it (for example, completed order records we must retain for accounting or tax reasons). Where a deletion request is refused for one of those reasons, we will tell you why.
8. Cross-border transfer
We are based in China, and the site is read worldwide. The third parties in section 5 — Cloudflare, Google, and Meta — operate global networks, which means the data described above may be processed on servers in the United States, the European Economic Area, or elsewhere outside your country and outside China. Where a transfer is subject to data-protection law, we rely on the lawful mechanisms those providers offer, such as the EU standard contractual clauses incorporated into their terms. By emailing or messaging us, you acknowledge that your inquiry crosses these borders.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, privacy laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) give you certain rights over the personal information we hold. Because we collect only the inquiry data you choose to send us and keep no profiles, these rights are straightforward to honour:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information, unless a legal or contractual obligation requires us to retain it.
- Portability — where applicable, receive your information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent / object — stop using a consent-based channel such as WhatsApp, or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- No sale / no "sale or share" opt-out needed — we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and have not done so in the preceding 12 months, so there is no opt-out to exercise under CCPA/CPRA.
To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days (or the period the applicable law requires) and will verify your identity before releasing information. We do not sell your personal information and have not sold it in the preceding 12 months, so there is no "do not sell" opt-out to exercise — but we will honour any of the rights above on request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.
10. Children's privacy
The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We collect minimal personal information and hold none of it in an account system on this site. The site is served over HTTPS, so content is encrypted in transit, and the email channel is provided by Google with its own security controls. We do not collect payment details and therefore store no card or financial data. We restrict access to inquiry correspondence to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission is completely secure; email is not encrypted end-to-end, so avoid sending sensitive information you would not want intercepted.
12. Changes to this policy
If we ever add forms, analytics, or other data-processing features, we will update this policy first and change its date. The version you are reading describes the site as it operates today, and its "last updated" date is 2026-10-23.
